How to Use - Caller-ID Display
When you make a call using the s-connect service, your mobile number will be displayed to the called party by default. With s-connect Caller ID feature, you have the option to display your mobile phone number, hide your number with "Private Number", or display your s-connect Number if you are overseas and subscribed to one.
To make or amend a selection, go to Caller ID Settings in the s-connect application on your mobile phone.
Currently offered free of additional charge, this Caller-ID Display feature applies only to s-connect calls made between Singapore numbers using Callback (Internet), Callback (SMS) and Callback (Autodialer) calling methods.
Your Caller-ID Display option does not work if your calling method is Callback (Mobile Operator). In addition, when travelling, overseas network takes precedence and your display option will be subject to the mobile operator.
